Your background includes site-level data center operational leadership and developing and managing managers effectively. You are well-versed in different operating systems, particularly Linux, and have experience in developing network architecture. Your ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, showcases your commitment to operational excellence.

You possess a strong understanding of environmental health and safety initiatives and have a track record of initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment. Your leadership skills enable you to coach and develop your team while achieving strategic business goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about improving data center operations.

Desirable

Experience with Unix system administration is a plus, as is familiarity with complex networking components such as routers, switches, and networking protocols. What you'll do

As the Hardware Operations Site Lead at Google, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians responsible for the quality installation of server hardware and components.
