Who you are

You are a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field — you are eager to kickstart your finance career in a leading Fintech company. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data, particularly SQL, which you will use to perform financial analysis and process improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to impactful projects.

You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced setting — you understand the importance of flexibility and are willing to spend at least 50% of your time in the office to foster collaboration and learning. You are motivated by the mission to increase the GDP of the internet and are eager to make a difference in the financial landscape.

Desirable

Experience or coursework in financial modeling or analysis would be a plus, as well as familiarity with financial software tools. You are a quick learner and are open to feedback, which will help you grow throughout the program.

What you'll do

In the Early Career Finance Program, you will participate in four rotations across various finance disciplines, with a concentration in Finance & Strategy. Each rotation will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of finance, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set. You will work closely with teams to analyze financial data, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will engage in financial analysis, helping to inform decision-making processes and support the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining insights into how finance interacts with other areas of the business. Your contributions will be vital in helping Stripe achieve its mission of providing financial infrastructure for businesses worldwide.

Throughout the program, you will receive coaching and mentorship from experienced finance professionals, who will guide you in your development as a finance leader. You will also have access to additional learning opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in finance and strategy.
