What you'll do

As the Integration Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Integration Engineers, guiding them through the integration process for Stripe's largest and most complex users. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of scoping, selling, and managing the professional services provided to these users. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. You will develop and execute the long-term strategy and vision for the Professional Services team, ensuring alignment with Stripe's overall mission and goals.
