As the Senior Manager of Compounding Operations, you will oversee a team responsible for various operational aspects, including CAPA, documentation, validations, and operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes align with the company's mission to provide accessible and personalized healthcare. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement efforts, enhancing building capacity, and meeting the growing demands of the business. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the compounding operations.
