MyFitnessPal is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead influencer outreach and campaign execution across social platforms. You'll manage collaborations from strategy to reporting, driving measurable brand growth. This role requires 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing.

Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent partners. Your expertise includes identifying and recruiting influencers that align with brand goals and audience segments, ensuring that collaborations are impactful and effective.

You excel in outreach, negotiation, contracting, and deal management for influencer collaborations, showcasing your strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are adept at coordinating briefing, content approvals, and deliverables across internal teams and creators, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process.

Your organizational skills shine as you manage influencer calendars, contracts, and payment workflows, keeping everything on track and within budget. You are also skilled at tracking and reporting on KPI performance, including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI for all influencer initiatives, allowing you to measure success and optimize future campaigns.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Paid Social, Creative, and Analytics teams to amplify content performance. Your ability to monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms informs your strategy, keeping your campaigns fresh and relevant.

Desirable

Experience with data analysis tools and social media platforms is a plus, as it enhances your ability to drive measurable results. Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing strategies will further strengthen your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead influencer outreach and partnerships, taking ownership of end-to-end influencer collaborations. You will develop and execute strategies that align with MyFitnessPal's mission to support users in reaching their health goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting influencers who resonate with our brand and audience, ensuring that each collaboration is mutually beneficial.

You will manage the entire influencer collaboration process, from initial outreach and negotiation to content approval and performance tracking. This involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure that all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time. You will also oversee the management of influencer calendars and contracts, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.

Tracking and reporting on the performance of influencer initiatives will be a key part of your role. You will analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of each campaign and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives. Your insights will help shape the overall influencer strategy and contribute to the growth of the creator ecosystem.

Collaboration will be essential as you work with Paid Social, Creative, and Analytics teams to enhance content performance and drive brand growth. You will also manage relationships with freelancers, agency partners, and creator networks, ensuring that all campaign executions are seamless and impactful.
