Senior Solution Architect - Personalization Strategist

Who you are

You have a strong background in solution architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, where you've successfully partnered with senior business and marketing stakeholders to define and implement personalization strategies. Your expertise in guiding organizations through their digital maturity journey has equipped you with the skills to translate strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

You are adept at conducting executive workshops and maturity assessments, helping clients evolve their personalization capabilities. Your understanding of organizational change management and governance allows you to advise on best practices for scaling personalization initiatives globally. You thrive in environments where you can blend strategic consulting with technical implementation, ensuring that clients achieve both technical adoption and long-term business impact.

Your technical acumen includes experience with data sources such as CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools, enabling you to architect sophisticated personalization solutions that leverage Contentful Personalization and other composable technologies. You are comfortable leading discovery sessions, design sessions, and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating the value of segmentation, experimentation, and AI-powered personalization to clients.

Desirable

Experience with AI models and their integration into personalization strategies is a plus. Familiarity with various analytics platforms and a strong understanding of how to measure success in personalization initiatives will set you apart. You are a proactive communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive projects forward.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a key member of Contentful’s Professional Services team, working closely with clients to shape their personalization strategies. You will partner with senior business and marketing stakeholders to define business objectives and KPIs, ensuring that personalization initiatives align with overall company goals. Your ability to conduct executive workshops and maturity assessments will help clients identify areas for improvement and growth in their personalization capabilities.

You will architect personalization solutions that combine Contentful Personalization with various data sources, guiding clients through the implementation process. Leading discovery and design sessions, you will demonstrate the value of personalization through segmentation and experimentation, ensuring that clients understand the potential ROI of their initiatives. Your role will also involve providing guidance on organizational change management and governance, helping clients scale their personalization efforts effectively.

As a strategic advisor, you will translate high-level personalization strategies into actionable roadmaps, phasing capabilities from quick wins to enterprise-scale programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of personalization solutions, driving measurable business impact for clients.
