Planning Executive

About The Team:

The Planning team is our most data-driven team in HelloFresh, which sees the planning, scheduling and analysis of the production of our boxes comes to life! With hundreds of thousands of customers relying on our Planning team to plan the production perfectly and start the process of feeding the UK!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with large data sets, using both google, excel and other formats
• Prepare inputs and outputs for various tools/software to support efficient production planning
• Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate and efficient planning of all stock onto production lines
• Suggest and Implement improvements of planning tools by taking on product ownership and using initiative to improve and develop planning functionalities for the team and wider business
• Solve planning related problems effectively under pressure and escalate appropriately in a timely manner

Who You Are:

• Have the ability to process large amounts of data sets 
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets 
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment is preferable
• Ability to work well under pressure, and problem solve with ease

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD - with travel to our site in Derby (HelloFresh UK, Unit 2, Collaboration Way, Smartparc, Derby, DE21 7HW)

Shifts: Two days 6.30am-5.30pm and two days 9am-8pm, rotating Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Saturday around every 8 weeks
