Crusoe is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to manage procurement and contracting for large equipment and utilities. You'll lead negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize agreements. This role requires experience with contract lifecycle tools and a strong commercial mindset.
You have a strong background in contract management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in procurement and contracting within the oil/gas, power generation, or data center sectors. Your expertise includes drafting and reviewing complex contract language, such as AIA agreements and Master Service Agreements, ensuring that all agreements align with company objectives and legal standards. You possess a strong commercial mindset, allowing you to navigate negotiations effectively and prioritize multiple long-term contracts simultaneously. Familiarity with contract lifecycle tools, such as Ironclad, is essential, as is your ability to collaborate closely with internal business partners and legal teams to finalize agreements. You thrive in high-volume environments and are adept at managing the intricacies of procurement processes as the company scales.
In this role, you will own the procurement and contracting processes for Crusoe’s large equipment, utilities, and power-generation needs. You will lead commercial negotiations, ensuring that contracts are favorable and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing complex contract language, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will also play a key role in shaping procurement processes, providing insights and recommendations based on your experience. As you manage multiple contracts, you will prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the company's growth initiatives. Your role will involve significant cross-functional exposure, allowing you to work closely with various teams to drive meaningful innovation and impact.
