Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and champion the design system strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and user needs. You will evangelize the design system throughout the organization, securing leadership support and fostering a culture of design excellence. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to inform design decisions, collaborating with product teams to ensure consistency across platforms, and driving the adoption of the design system across the organization.

You will also be responsible for creating documentation and resources that support the design system, making it easy for designers and developers to implement. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the design system, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
