Five9 is seeking a Solution Architect to tackle technological challenges in customer integration projects. You'll work with cloud technologies and APIs to design and implement solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to gather technical requirements.
You have a strong background in solution architecture, with experience in gathering technical business requirements and constructing implementation plans. Your ability to analyze feasibility using available APIs is crucial, as is your skill in articulating complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable interacting with clients over the phone, via web conferences, and in person. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
You are adaptable and eager to learn, particularly when it comes to mastering Five9's core technologies. You understand the importance of applying these technologies at a software development level, and you are committed to leading software development resources in the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions. Your experience in project management allows you to accurately estimate development and delivery timelines, ensuring successful realization of the end product.
Experience with cloud contact center software or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with customer integration projects and a proven track record of delivering solutions that enhance customer experience will set you apart.
