Your experience with AI technologies, particularly in customer service, gives you a unique perspective on how to drive product adoption effectively. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your decisions and improve customer outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support and guidance. You are passionate about helping businesses succeed and are excited about the potential of AI to transform customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Intercom, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our AI-powered customer service solutions.
