ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive anti-financial crime technology solutions. You'll partner with the Commercial team to translate technical capabilities into business value. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
You are a curious-minded and proactive problem-solver with a strong background in solutions consulting. With experience in understanding enterprise customers' strategic business problems, operational risks, and financial drivers, you excel at translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives. You have a knack for designing and delivering outcome-based presentations that connect solutions to customers' top-level business objectives and measurable ROI. As a technical and strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME), you are skilled in scoping and delivering technical Proof of Value (PoV) exercises that align with quantifiable business outcomes. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Product and Implementation teams to develop innovative solutions and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). Your leadership skills shine as you build internal processes to help the Solutions Consultant team scale effectively, while also mentoring junior team members on advanced discovery and storytelling techniques.
Experience in anti-financial crime technology or compliance solutions would be a plus, as well as familiarity with API sessions and architecture whiteboarding. A strong understanding of customer success processes and the ability to conduct thorough handovers to the Customer Success team will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and deeply understand enterprise customers' needs. You will design and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you serve as the SME, guiding customers through PoV exercises that demonstrate the measurable impact of our technology. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Implementation teams to develop innovative solutions and PoCs that address customer challenges. Additionally, you will contribute market feedback to inform the product roadmap and actively coach junior Commercial team members, helping them develop their skills in discovery and storytelling. After a sale, you will ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team, conducting thorough handovers that set the stage for ongoing customer satisfaction and success.
