What you'll do

As the NDE Supervisor at SpaceX, you will oversee the non-destructive testing operations within the Starship production area. You will schedule and prioritize workflow management, ensuring that inspection activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Collaborating closely with engineering and production partners, you will support inspection requirements and ensure that all quality control measures are adhered to. You will also be responsible for managing the career development of your inspectors, providing training and certification to meet the evolving needs of the production environment. Your hands-on approach will involve performing inspections and troubleshooting issues as they arise, maintaining a focus on quality first.
