Who you are

You are an experienced Equipment Technician with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving. You thrive in situations where you can independently manage your tasks while providing excellent customer service. Your communication skills allow you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals, ensuring that customers feel informed and valued. You are a constant learner, eager to refine your technical expertise and adapt to new challenges. You have at least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably in a field service capacity, and are familiar with using proper testing equipment and practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory, which includes Portland, OR, and surrounding areas. You will repair commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, coffee grinders, and water systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets customer expectations. You will own relationships with your customers, inspiring loyalty through professional and reliable service that adheres to all safety rules. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements is crucial, as you will conduct thorough inspections, perform timely maintenance, and complete accurate paperwork to document your work.
