Job Description

The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Content Manager, for the Amazon Delivery Central Operations (ADCO) team. The Content Manager, will be responsible for owning all content published internally & externally, including but not limited to, creating a regional newsletter published every month, creating engagement/flash content for internal teams, creating video concepts, recording and editing video content, disseminating content, owning branding and marketing for all of ADCO and support all departments within Central Operations with content creation.

Key job responsibilities
- Meet with internal and external teams, presenting and gathering content ideas
- Create a cadence for monthly content (regional newsletter, video concepts, newsflash)
- Owning branding and marketing for the ADCO team
- Review building engagement and online material, ensuring all content is up to date

A day in the life
- Complete a walk of the building, ensuring that all outdated content is removed and content for upcoming events and initiatives is presented
- Meet with internal teams to review upcoming events or present ideas for video content
- Meet with external teams on external content
- Review SIM Queue for any content requests submitted
- Produce content
- Host reviews and gather final thoughts/feedback on content
- Send weekly/monthly content flash of new material that was created- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity, self-prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML and CSS coding languages.
- Work cross functionally across many teams to coordinate scheduling and recording of videos/content creation.- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, design
- Experience using Adobe Suite
- Experience working cross-functionally with external teams
- Experience with advertisement, print production, motion design or animation
- Experience with videography or advertisement
- Experience with web UX/UI design

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
