Overview

Xometry is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to oversee a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring enterprise customers maximize their technical adoption of Xometry's platform. This role requires strong leadership and technical consulting skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales engineering or technical account management, with a strong focus on customer success and technical adoption. Your experience includes leading teams and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and superior customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of building strong technical relationships with enterprise clients and have a knack for translating complex technical needs into actionable solutions. You are skilled in mentoring and coaching team members, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring they deliver exceptional service to customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces. You may also have a background in solution architecture, which will help you guide your team in providing deep technical consulting and onboarding for clients. A strong understanding of technical integrations and platform utilization will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As the Lead Technical Account Manager at Xometry, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Technical Account Managers.
