Your experience in Professional Services or consulting roles has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex customer requirements and deliver impactful solutions. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding creative ways to meet client objectives.

Desirable

Experience with other GIS technologies or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions. You may also have a background in project management, which helps you coordinate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with customers to design and implement ArcGIS enterprise system solutions that meet their specific business and technical needs. You will engage in hands-on activities to create impactful strategies that leverage the capabilities of the ArcGIS platform. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, developing solution architectures, and ensuring successful implementation of GIS solutions.

You will lead discussions with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will also involve evangelizing the use of GIS within the Esri community, sharing insights and best practices with peers and clients alike.

As a Solution Architect, you will participate in the Professional Services division's efforts to break ground in new markets and push the technology envelope. You will work closely with nearly 1,000 talented professionals who are dedicated to helping users succeed with GIS technology. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of high-profile clients worldwide.
