Moss is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage the entire sales cycle in the DACH region. You'll work closely with the SDR and CSM teams to drive customer growth and market revenue. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the DACH region, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact. Your ability to qualify leads and present tailored solutions to prospects is second nature to you, and you understand the importance of maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders within organizations. You are detail-oriented and have experience using CRM systems to track your activities and report on your progress. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Experience in a tech startup or a fast-growing company is a plus, as is familiarity with financial services or SaaS products. You are comfortable navigating contract negotiations and have a knack for understanding market trends that can influence sales strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals. You will qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to your own list of prospects, presenting tailored solutions through discovery and demo calls. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers will be crucial, as you guide them through contract negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process with the Customer Success team. You will stay informed about company developments and market trends, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align your sales strategies with overall business goals. Reporting and tracking your activities in our CRM system will be essential to measure your success and drive growth.
