ConductorOne is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales cycles and build executive-level relationships. You'll leverage your sales expertise to position ConductorOne's AI-native identity security platform with key clients in San Francisco.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or security-related field. You excel at orchestrating complex sales cycles, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and developing tailored value narratives that resonate with executive-level clients. Your ability to build and deepen relationships across business, security, and technical organizations sets you apart as a strategic partner. You are adept at understanding customer needs and aligning them with innovative solutions, making you an indispensable asset to your team.
Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable co-selling with key partners to expand market reach. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will own and orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from strategic account planning to negotiation and close. You will develop high-impact value narratives that map ConductorOne’s platform to each customer’s security and IT transformation priorities. Your responsibilities will include leading rigorous account discovery and strategy, understanding each customer’s operating model, risk posture, and roadmap to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner. You will drive partner-led growth by collaborating with key VARs and strategic channel partners to influence large, complex opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering, to ensure alignment and support for your sales initiatives. Your role will involve regular engagement with executives and decision-makers, requiring you to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales efforts.
