You have a strong background in customer strategy and relationship management, with a proven ability to develop trusted relationships with client executives. You understand the importance of strategic alignment across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Your experience in managing customer retention and proactively addressing renewal risks sets you apart. You are skilled at evangelizing solutions and identifying upsell opportunities, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer goals and e-commerce proficiencies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, professional services, product, and marketing teams to advocate for the customer and enhance their experience with the company.

What you'll do

As a Customer Strategy Lead at Stackline, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with client executives. You will ensure strategic alignment across various stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive customer success. Your role will involve owning customer retention for your business segment, proactively managing renewal risks, and identifying opportunities for upselling and product extensions. You will master Stackline's product portfolio to effectively communicate its value to clients and help them achieve their e-commerce goals. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you work to continuously enhance the customer experience and advocate for their needs within the organization. You will also be involved in analyzing customer behavior and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
