LogicGate is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain customer relationships, driving product adoption and expansion. This role focuses on providing GRC subject-matter expertise and requires strong interpersonal skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) sector. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers. You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are passionate about helping clients maximize their use of the Risk Cloud applications. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for product adoption and expansion, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments.
Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare sectors is a plus, as these are key verticals for our customer base. Familiarity with GRC solutions will help you provide tailored advice and strategies to clients. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your customer success strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to drive product adoption and expansion. You will engage with mid-market organizations and large enterprises, focusing on their GRC activities.
