UiPath is hiring a PS Operations Specialist to provide operational support across Professional Services engagements. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of operational activities. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in operations, particularly in a technology or software environment. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with various teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Finance. Your strong communication skills enable you to maintain clear and effective interactions with stakeholders, ensuring that operational requests are handled efficiently and accurately. You are committed to maintaining high standards of delivery and stakeholder experience, and you understand the importance of compliance and adherence to guidelines.
Experience in a fast-paced growth company is a plus, as is familiarity with case management systems and operational workflows. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services team.
In this role, you will provide operational support to internal stakeholders across Professional Services engagements, ensuring that all operational requests are executed in alignment with defined guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate with Sales, GTMs, Delivery, Project Managers, and Finance to facilitate seamless execution and handoffs of operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating operational requests to ensure data accuracy and compliance, as well as monitoring and managing requests through established case management and queue mechanisms. You will also be responsible for resolving day-to-day operational and system-related issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding request status, dependencies, and timelines. Your role will be crucial in enabling smooth coordination across teams and maintaining high standards of delivery.
