Overview

Brevo is seeking a VP Sales EMEA to lead their Mid Market and Enterprise sales organization. You'll drive revenue growth across the EMEA region and define a scalable sales strategy. This role requires extensive experience in sales leadership.

Who you are

You have a proven track record of leading sales teams in the technology sector, with at least 10 years of experience in sales management. Your leadership style inspires high performance and fosters a culture of excellence within your teams. You possess a deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and have successfully driven revenue growth in previous roles. You are adept at developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence across diverse teams. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership. You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving business success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a growing organization.

Desirable

Experience in CRM or marketing automation industries is a plus. Familiarity with B Corp principles and a commitment to social and environmental impact will set you apart. You have a network of contacts within the EMEA region that can be leveraged to accelerate growth. A background in technology sales, particularly in SaaS, will be beneficial as you lead the charge in expanding Brevo's market presence.

What you'll do

As the VP Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for leading a multi-layered sales organization, which includes Directors, Heads of, and Team Leads. Your primary mission will be to define and execute a scalable sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the EMEA region. You will ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices and optimizing sales processes. You will inspire and motivate your teams to achieve high performance, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Regularly analyzing sales metrics and performance data will be crucial in adjusting strategies and ensuring targets are met. You will represent Brevo at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market. Building strong relationships with key clients and partners will be essential to your success in this role.
