Shift Lead - Huntsville

Who you are

You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You communicate effectively with customers when issues arise and ensure that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Site Management in running great shifts and delegating tasks effectively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will lead your team by setting clear expectations and providing the necessary training to ensure everyone is equipped to perform their roles effectively. You will monitor safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be involved in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
