Energage is hiring a Sales Development Representative to find participants for their Top Workplaces program. You'll research leads and develop strategic communications to engage potential participants. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
As a Participation Specialist, you are driven to find Top Workplaces program participants by researching and qualifying companies. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, which you use to cultivate strong relationships with customers from the first contact through their completed participation in the program. You are comfortable working remotely and can effectively collaborate with Account Executives to achieve your goals. You thrive in a role that requires strategic thinking and the ability to tailor your approach based on the unique challenges faced by different organizations.
You have a knack for researching accounts and creating targeted plans to qualify them, whether through outbound efforts or marketing campaigns. Your ability to understand business challenges and articulate how the Top Workplaces program can positively impact organizations is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and enjoy the process of mapping out strategies that resonate with potential participants.
While not required, experience in sales or business development is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in research or lead generation will also be beneficial as you navigate the landscape of potential participants.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the outreach efforts. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you refine your approach based on feedback and results. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
