What you'll do

In your role as Operations - Partnerships and Engagement Associate, you will be at the heart of Deliveroo's strategy to create an engaged community of couriers. You will develop a deep understanding of the activities of couriers using the Deliveroo app in the field. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and managing partnerships aimed at enhancing the experience of couriers, which involves both local and national partnerships. You will work to optimize existing partnerships by building lasting trust with each partner and continuously testing new strategies to ensure an exclusive market offering. Monitoring competitor offerings and proposing counter-strategies will also be part of your role, ensuring that Deliveroo stays ahead in the rapidly evolving foodtech sector.
