You are an experienced sales professional with a background in direct or channel sales, particularly in the dental or technology sectors. You possess a winning spirit and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, which drives your approach to building and maintaining relationships with partners. Your technical sales acumen allows you to effectively communicate the value of innovative products, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of the DACH market dynamics, enabling you to navigate the complexities of sales in this region. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a diverse team that is committed to changing the face of 3D printing.
Experience in the dental industry or with 3D printing technology is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and partner programs will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be responsible for expanding Formlabs' market reach.
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Formlabs' dental products in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage both strategic and day-to-day operational relationships with existing dental partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Formlabs' offerings. Your responsibilities will include assessing market potential, identifying new partners, and onboarding them to maximize growth and market share. You will implement the Formlabs Partner Program, driving engagement and collaboration with partners to enhance customer experiences. You will also be tasked with developing and executing sales plans that align with the company's objectives, leveraging your insights into market trends and customer needs to inform your strategies. Regularly reporting on sales performance and market feedback will be essential to refine your approach and achieve your targets.
