SpotHero is seeking a Senior Venue Parking Operations Manager to optimize parking operations and maximize revenue for venues. You'll build relationships with parking operators and collaborate with various teams to enhance the SpotHero platform. This role requires strong operational management skills and experience in partnership development.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in the parking or transportation industry. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders is key — you understand how to engage with parking operators and venue management to drive success. You are results-oriented, with a focus on maximizing revenue and optimizing operations. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey SpotHero's value proposition to partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to learning, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience in the parking industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency will set you apart. A background in business development or partnership management will also be beneficial, as you will be working closely with both revenue and business development teams.
As the Senior Venue Parking Operations Manager, you will act as a bridge between the venue partnerships team and the revenue team. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the parking footprint at various venues, both onsite and offsite, to refine SpotHero's operational pitch. You will build and maintain relationships with parking operators, ensuring they understand how SpotHero can streamline their operations and maximize revenue. Post-deal closure, you will collaborate with onsite parking operators to optimize their operations, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the SpotHero platform. You will also work closely with the revenue leadership to align strategies and drive growth. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices across venues. You will be responsible for reporting on operational performance and making recommendations for enhancements.
