Overview

Catawiki is hiring an IT Automation and Integration Engineer to drive scalable automation across internal systems. You'll work with Okta Workflows and GCP Application Integration to enhance data consistency and streamline processes. This role requires experience in automation and integration solutions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in IT automation and integration, with experience in building scalable and secure workflows. You understand the importance of reducing manual work and enhancing data consistency across systems — your expertise allows you to create resilient integrations that improve cross-system experiences.

You are familiar with cloud-native infrastructure and modern Integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) solutions, particularly Okta Workflows and GCP Application Integration. Your technical skills enable you to translate complex business needs into efficient system integrations that are both secure and effective.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across IT, People, and Finance teams. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that you can gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet the needs of various departments.

You are adaptable and open to feedback, embracing change as you drive impact within the organization. Your passion for technology and automation aligns with Catawiki's mission to create a unique marketplace for extraordinary objects.

Desirable

Experience with additional automation tools or platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with data management practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As an IT Automation and Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the IT Systems & Services (ITSS) team at Catawiki. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks across the organization.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective system integrations. This involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that streamline operations.

Your work will include building smart, reusable automation workflows using cloud-native infrastructure and iPaaS solutions. You will ensure that these integrations are secure, resilient, and capable of handling the demands of a growing marketplace.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize their effectiveness. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of Catawiki's internal systems, helping the company achieve its mission of becoming the world's most popular destination for special objects.

What we offer

Catawiki offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact. You will be part of a diverse and sustainable scale-up that values ownership, feedback, and passion for its mission. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective could be just what we need.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to excellence. Catawiki provides a supportive culture that fosters growth and development, allowing you to advance your career while contributing to our exciting journey.

Join us at Catawiki, where every day brings the extraordinary, and help us shape the future of our unique marketplace.
