ComplyAdvantage is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of critical services. You'll work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to support the technology organization. This role requires experience in DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
You have a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of production systems. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working closely with engineering teams to support their needs. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines allows you to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are familiar with observability tools and practices, enabling you to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. You have a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes and reduce operational costs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience with service level objectives (SLOs) and incident management is a plus. Familiarity with tools like GitLab CI and Terraform will help you excel in this role. You are also encouraged to bring your unique perspective and ideas to the team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
