Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Auburn, WA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing painting tasks. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You are skilled in priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, ensuring that every vehicle meets high-quality standards. Your experience includes buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and using airbrush techniques. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including the possibility of mandatory overtime. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to perfection. You will mix paints to achieve the desired colors and finishes, ensuring that the paint application is smooth and even. Your role will also involve buffing and performing touch-ups to maintain the aesthetic quality of the vehicles. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the vehicle preparation process. Additionally, you will participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
