What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Value Engineers focused on the financial services sector, driving the end-to-end customer value journey. You will be responsible for securing new customers and ensuring they realize the full potential of the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, conducting value assessments, and developing tailored business cases that demonstrate the impact of our solutions. You will facilitate workshops that bring together stakeholders to explore opportunities for intelligent automation and process transformation.

You will collaborate closely with the Go-to-Market and Product & Engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer objectives and product capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to deliver exceptional results and foster long-term relationships with clients. You will also play a key role in identifying market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
