Clear Street is seeking a Senior Application Support Lead to oversee support operations for their enterprise futures back-office system. You'll provide technical support and manage a team while working with Java, React, Kubernetes, and Docker. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership skills.
You have extensive experience in application support, particularly in financial systems, and possess a strong technical background in Java and React. Your ability to troubleshoot complex application issues is complemented by your leadership skills, allowing you to effectively manage and mentor a team of application support analysts. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional user support and are committed to maintaining high standards of service. Your experience with cloud-native environments, particularly Kubernetes and Docker, enables you to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. You thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Experience with cleared derivatives or futures trading systems is a plus, as is familiarity with database management and query optimization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while ensuring that support tickets are triaged and resolved in a timely manner. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on support operations and priorities.
In this role, you will oversee the support operations for Clear Street's enterprise futures back-office system, ensuring that application performance meets the needs of users. You will provide advanced troubleshooting for complex application issues, including code-level analysis in Java and React, as well as diagnostics in Kubernetes and Docker environments. Managing a team of application support analysts, you will mentor and train team members, conducting performance evaluations to ensure high-quality support delivery. You will also be responsible for ticket management, overseeing the triage, prioritization, and resolution of support tickets while ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Your strategic oversight will help identify areas for improvement in support processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
