You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience in business development within the technology industry, specifically with cloud computing solutions. Your track record includes consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, particularly in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products. You possess strong communication skills, including fluency in German, which is essential for managing client relationships in Northern Europe. You have experience working with digital natives and enterprise customers, showcasing your ability to adapt to various client needs and environments.
You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with executive stakeholders across multiple departments such as field sales, marketing, and customer engineering. Your ability to source leads and generate a robust business pipeline is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to align with Cloud’s priorities effectively. You understand the importance of metrics and KPIs, and you are committed to delivering results that drive business growth.
Experience in vendor sales management roles is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA business development landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a keen understanding of the technology industry's dynamics. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and find new ways to connect with customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the best cloud solutions available.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the EMEA business development organization, focusing on Northern Europe.
