Wizeline is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to execute and QA channel marketing campaigns. You'll work with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics, requiring 2-4 years of campaign execution experience.
You have 2–4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience, demonstrating your ability to manage and execute marketing initiatives effectively. Your proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) allows you to set up and launch pre-designed marketing experiences seamlessly. You are comfortable executing simple SQL queries and using platform segmentation tools to retrieve and segment campaign target audiences based on clear, defined criteria. You are detail-oriented and diligent in following established workflows, ensuring that task statuses are updated in project management tools like Jira and Workfront. You have a proactive approach to communication, escalating blockers early to prevent any impact on campaign launches. Your commitment to maintaining the team's knowledge base is evident as you document routine deployment steps, configurations, and common troubleshooting solutions accurately.
In this role, you will execute and QA standardized channel marketing campaigns, which include email, web forms, and basic landing pages based on approved requests and documented processes. You will administer core configuration tools such as SFMC and AEM to set up and launch simple, pre-designed experiences and tests. Conducting thorough pre-deployment quality assurance checks will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring link validation, cross-client email rendering checks, and basic page load verification are completed successfully. You will contribute to the maintenance of the team's knowledge base by documenting routine deployment steps and troubleshooting solutions. Your role will also involve following established workflows and diligently updating task statuses in project management tools. You will work closely with L3/L4 specialists to escalate complex technical issues, ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time.
