Job Description

Are you ready to revolutionize the future of grocery shopping? Amazon's World Wide Grocery Stores (WWGS) is at the forefront of transforming how millions of customers experience grocery shopping through technology and innovation. We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our mission and drive complex, large-scale technical initiatives that power the next generation of grocery store networks and infrastructure. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses while working with some of the most advanced technology in the retail industry.

Key job responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-team technical programs that span across WWGS network infrastructure.
Drive end-to-end program management including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Develop comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and partner teams.
Create and maintain program documentation, metrics, and status reporting.

A day in the life
Shape the future of retail technology by driving critical technical initiatives that enhance WWGS network infrastructure.
Lead transformative programs that directly impact store operations and revolutionize customer experience.
Implement innovative solutions that scale across the global WWGS network.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships across the organization.
Contribute to the technical direction of WWGS infrastructure and help define the future of grocery shopping.
Be part of a team that's writing the playbook for modern grocery retail technology.- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
