Overview

SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their payments organization. You'll work closely with various teams to define the vision for payments tooling. This role requires experience in product management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in payments or financial technology. You understand the importance of user experience and have a proven track record of leading product strategy and execution. You are comfortable working with compliance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure that product offerings meet both user needs and regulatory requirements. You thrive in a product-centric environment and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to varying levels of experience, welcoming diverse perspectives to drive product success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of SeatGeek's payments organization, transforming it from a traditional function into a strategic, innovation-oriented team. You will define the vision for the next generation of payments tooling, focusing on B2B2C capabilities that empower both clients and fans. Collaborating closely with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and business partners, you will design systems that align with their needs while maintaining a strong customer experience. You will coordinate with external payments partners to ensure smooth execution across features and reliability. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying opportunities for differentiation and long-term value in the payments space. You will also be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that align with SeatGeek's overall strategy.
