Google is seeking a Startup Success Manager to support early-stage startups in leveraging Google Cloud solutions. You'll engage with customers to drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles. This role requires experience in cloud sales and fluency in English and Hebrew.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your background includes experience in or supporting the startup ecosystem, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced by early-stage companies. You are fluent in both English and Hebrew, enabling you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers in this customer-facing sales role. You have a proven track record of growing existing customer bases and acquiring new logos at scale, demonstrating your ability to increase spend and accelerate consumption business. Your experience includes navigating complex commercial and legal negotiations, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams in enterprise organizations. You are skilled at working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to assess existing software estates, define migration plans, and build compelling business cases for migrations. You excel at cultivating and maintaining C-level relationships, which allows you to build strong partnerships and effectively sell cloud solutions, influencing decision-makers at the executive level. Your knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and the market landscape positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients.
In this role, you will be part of an entrepreneurial team focused on developing business growth opportunities for startup customers. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google partners to maximize business impact within the startup ecosystem. Managing complex business cycles will be a key responsibility, as you present to C-level executives and negotiate terms that align with their business needs. You will drive business development efforts, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial as you guide startups in leveraging Google Cloud solutions to transform their businesses. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth and ensuring that your customers see the benefits of the technology come to life. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided meet the unique needs of each startup, ultimately contributing to their success in the competitive landscape.
