What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Workplace Health and Safety Governance initiatives for the EU and RoW regions. You will support the development and execution of safety regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring that all business units adhere to established standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance assurance activities and conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of safety programs.

You will collaborate with various teams to enhance workplace safety and ensure that all operations are aligned with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve advising on policy initiatives that impact workplace health and safety, as well as providing guidance on incident reporting and risk management practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating communication regarding safety initiatives.
