Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Programme Manager for their Workplace Health and Safety Governance team in Luxembourg. You'll support safety regulatory compliance and stakeholder outreach across the EU and RoW regions. This role requires strong program management skills and experience in workplace health and safety.

You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in the context of workplace health and safety. Your background includes working with various business units and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. You are adaptable and can navigate a fast-changing environment while maintaining high safety standards for employees. Your ability to monitor and advise on regulatory initiatives is crucial for this role, as is your commitment to promoting a safe workplace across multiple operations.

You possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management strategies, particularly in the EU and RoW regions. Your experience includes developing and implementing comprehensive oversight strategies that align with organizational goals. You are skilled in stakeholder outreach and can effectively communicate safety initiatives to diverse audiences. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to prioritize safety in their operations.
