Google is seeking an Analytical Lead for their Large Customer Sales team to drive media analytics and advertising solutions. You'll leverage SQL and Google advertising products to deliver actionable insights. This role requires 5+ years of experience in media analytics or related fields.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. You have a strong understanding of marketing measurement and attribution techniques, including offline measurement, MMM, MTA, and attribution, as well as familiarity with Google advertising products such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform. Your excellent communication skills enable you to present complex data in a logical and compelling manner to audiences at all levels.
You thrive in client-facing roles, having spent at least a year engaging directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions. You are passionate about sales and have a commitment to maximizing customer success. You act like an owner, moving swiftly through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with clients is second nature to you, and you excel at uncovering their business needs.
Experience with basic automation techniques, such as creating dashboards and automating custom reports, is a plus. You are comfortable analyzing large datasets and distilling them into actionable insights that drive business growth. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams and conduct thorough analyses to identify business opportunities will set you apart in this role.
