As an Operations Partner, you will utilize your vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Edmonton daily. You will have the flexibility to choose your operational model, whether that means securing your own space to charge vehicles overnight or simply transporting them to a central warehouse. This is a pay-per-task role, meaning your compensation is directly tied to your productivity. With an estimated daily volume of over 1,000 vehicles, you will have the opportunity to earn $30+ per hour, with potential for more based on your efficiency and performance. You will manage your own schedule and workload to meet the operational needs of Bird, ensuring that the fleet is always ready for use.
