ZoomInfo is seeking a Learning & Development Manager II to facilitate training sessions for customers and develop engaging training content. This role requires strong communication skills and experience with Salesforce.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in learning and development, with a focus on customer training and engagement. Your creativity and imagination allow you to connect with customers and ignite excitement about their learning journey. You are team-oriented and confident in your ability to help customers increase their proficiency with ZoomInfo to solve their business challenges. You have experience in documenting and tracking training sessions, attendees, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus, as it will help you effectively manage training documentation and customer interactions. You are comfortable developing content for both customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with various teams to assess training needs and product enhancements. Your ability to customize training sessions based on customer requirements will be key to driving engagement and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate training sessions for both new and existing customers, ensuring immediate adoption and success while creating a lasting impact. You will document and track all training activities in Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate records of attendees and follow-ups. You will work closely with the Learning & Development team to conduct needs assessments and develop strategic methods for training delivery. Your goal is to drive customer engagement beyond onboarding and fundamental training, guiding them towards the highest degree of proficiency through the ZoomInfo Certification program. You will customize each training session to meet the unique needs of your customer base, ensuring they receive the most relevant and impactful learning experience.
