Esri is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts across multiple sales teams. Who you are

You are a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates. You take action and are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. You are an expert at sourcing talent in multiple geographical markets simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to adapt to the evolving needs of business development teams. Your customer-focused approach allows you to thrive in a changing environment, ensuring that you meet the hiring objectives of the organization.

With over 5 years of experience in recruitment, you have honed your skills in full-cycle recruiting and employee selection. You understand the importance of building solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a talent partner throughout the recruiting process. Your ability to manage candidates effectively ensures a positive candidate experience, which is crucial in attracting top talent to the organization.

You are skilled in creating and executing unique and effective sourcing strategies to find professionals across various roles within the sales organization. Your proactive approach to generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates includes driving initiatives such as branding, sourcing, and referrals. You are comfortable working with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop plans to achieve goals while delivering quality and timely results.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the specific needs of the sales teams. Familiarity with data analytics tools can enhance your ability to provide insights that influence hiring decisions. A background in customer relationship management will also be beneficial in fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Esri's Global Business Development Division. You will partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a strategic plan to meet those goals. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various sales roles. You will consistently generate a robust pipeline of candidates by leveraging branding initiatives, sourcing techniques, and referrals.

You will build strong relationships with sales leadership teams, acting as a trusted talent partner throughout the recruitment process. Your focus will be on providing candidates with a positive experience, managing their journey from application to onboarding. You will collaborate with HR specialists to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

As the Senior Sales Recruiter, you will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies. You will adapt your approach based on data-driven insights, ensuring that you remain aligned with the evolving needs of the business. Your ability to influence key partners and hiring leaders will be essential in driving recruitment efforts and achieving hiring objectives.
