Private Credit Trade Support Associate

Who you are

You have a solid understanding of trade processing and operational support, ideally with experience in private credit or similar financial products. Your attention to detail ensures that all aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to create robust workflows and control frameworks that enhance operational efficiency.

You are skilled in managing the lifecycle of loan investments, from trade entry to cash flow monitoring. Your ability to verify and reconcile positions and accruals between various stakeholders, including borrowers and third-party servicers, is crucial to your success in this role. You are familiar with deal documentation and understand the importance of supporting closing workflows and covenant tracking.

Your experience in preparing cash forecasts and coordinating with Treasury on funding needs demonstrates your capability in liquidity management. You are proactive in ensuring timely execution of incoming transactions and maintaining accurate documentation of operational procedures.

Desirable

Experience with private credit products such as direct lending, syndicated loans, and CLOs is a plus. Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable using various financial systems and tools to support your operational tasks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set up and maintain end-to-end operational support for private credit assets, ensuring that all processes are documented and compliant with internal standards. You will design and implement workflows that streamline trade processing and enhance the overall operational platform for private credit transactions.

You will manage the front-to-back lifecycle of loan investments, which includes trade entry, lifecycle event processing, and monitoring trade activity. Your responsibilities will also involve reconciling cash flows and ensuring that all positions are accurately reflected in the internal general ledger.

You will review deal documentation and support closing workflows, coordinating funding movements and tracking covenants as required. Your role will require you to partner with various teams to ensure that all operational aspects of private credit transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently.
