Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry. Whether you have just completed your education or are looking to advance your career, you are open to learning and growing within a diverse and inclusive environment. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with potential clients and understand their needs. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to reach out to prospects. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with Account Executives to identify and qualify leads. You are driven by the challenge of meeting targets and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to HubSpot's growth.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers through strategic outreach. You will utilize existing HubSpot leads to rekindle interest and initiate conversations about how HubSpot can address their challenges. Your role will involve understanding the specific needs of each prospect and effectively communicating the value of HubSpot's solutions. You will work closely with 2 to 3 Account Executives, collaborating to ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to deeper discussions about HubSpot's offerings. You will be expected to track your outreach efforts and results, continuously refining your approach based on feedback and outcomes. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
