As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers through strategic outreach. You will utilize existing HubSpot leads to rekindle interest and initiate conversations about how HubSpot can address their challenges. Your role will involve understanding the specific needs of each prospect and effectively communicating the value of HubSpot's solutions. You will work closely with 2 to 3 Account Executives, collaborating to ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to deeper discussions about HubSpot's offerings. You will be expected to track your outreach efforts and results, continuously refining your approach based on feedback and outcomes. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
