JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee strategic commercial customers in India. You'll drive account retention and growth while collaborating with partners to enhance customer success. This role requires strong commercial acumen and experience in account management.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience managing strategic accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives is complemented by your understanding of IT and security solutions. You are adept at analyzing customer health and usage data, allowing you to proactively identify risks and uncover opportunities for expansion. You thrive in a partner-led environment, collaborating closely with Value Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to drive mutual success.
Your commercial maturity enables you to lead account strategies effectively, aligning various teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure that your customers achieve their desired outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and roadmap discussions with confidence. You are detail-oriented, maintaining accurate forecasts for Net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and renewal rates, ensuring the commercial integrity of your accounts.
Experience in the India market is a plus, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Familiarity with directory services or identity management solutions will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence decision-making at all levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and growing a significant Book of Business, ensuring that your top-tier accounts receive the highest level of service and support. You will engage deeply with your accounts through regular Executive Business Reviews, where you will discuss their needs and align them with JumpCloud's offerings. Your strategic value mapping will help identify areas for cross-selling and upselling, driving significant expansion within your accounts.
You will collaborate closely with our channel ecosystem, leveraging partnerships to streamline renewals and identify new opportunities for growth. Your ability to analyze customer health and usage data will be crucial in proactively addressing any risks and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with various internal teams to align on account strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process.
Your role will also involve maintaining accurate forecasts for Net ARR and renewal rates, providing insights to leadership on account performance. You will be a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them navigate their IT and security challenges while maximizing the value they receive from JumpCloud's platform.
