Rubrik is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales growth in the enterprise segment. You'll focus on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to pipeline management.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise segment, and are skilled at developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth. Your ability to identify and close new opportunities is complemented by your experience in managing a sales pipeline effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Engineers and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. You are a relentless self-starter, focused on acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships.
Experience in cybersecurity or data protection solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with complex sales processes and enterprise account management. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of selling to both companies and government entities, and you understand the importance of resilience against cyber threats.
As an Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, aiming to meet and exceed your sales quota. You will engage in prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline of strategic transactions.
