Coupang is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and risk management for their CPLB team. You'll be involved in contract structuring, compliance policies, and regulatory responses. This role requires a law degree and over 6 years of relevant experience.
You are a qualified attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in providing business-oriented legal solutions in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong communication skills and sound judgment, enabling you to negotiate and coordinate effectively. Your proactive attitude and determination allow you to tackle challenging tasks and resolve complex issues thoroughly. You have a background in both law firm and in-house legal teams, with experience in responding to government and regulatory agencies, as well as managing disputes. Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
As a Senior Legal Counsel at Coupang, you will provide legal advice across all aspects of CPLB products and services, ensuring risk management and compliance with regulations.
