What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems within Amazon's operations. You will be responsible for auditing preventative maintenance procedures and ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

You will also take on project management responsibilities, overseeing various initiatives aimed at improving the reliability and efficiency of our operations. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Additionally, you will mentor and train both service and contract technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
