DigiCert is seeking a People Operations Analyst to join their Global Human Resources team. You'll handle complex employee inquiries and contribute to operational excellence through case trend analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with HR systems.
You are a detail-oriented and service-driven professional with experience in People Operations. You have a strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively respond to employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and programs. You are familiar with case management tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk, which you use to streamline processes and improve employee experiences.
Experience with Oracle and a background in global HR functions will be advantageous. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 employee inquiries, addressing complex cases related to HR policies and programs. You will support and execute operational HR processes, refining leave of absence programs to enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will include maintaining knowledge base articles and process documentation to provide consistent and accurate support to employees. You will collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to resolve sensitive issues, ensuring a seamless handoff and escalation process.
